I cant explain this without an example, so here we go.
Say only one person i am friends with on facebook is tagged in an album. However, i am not friends with the person who created the album. Would it show up in my News Feed that this one friend was tagged in the album/photo, even though i am not friends with the person who created the album?!

No sweet heart there it wont show up in ur news feed and I'm sure about it , in the news feed its goona be written like this :

Reply:yes that happens all the time. sometimes the person's privacy settings only let you look at the photos in the album that have your tagged friend in them.
