I was just wondering what you thought about these 3 sites! I have all of them and my 1st site was my Piczo and now I am like really bored with it. My next would be MySpace and at 1st I didn't really like it but now that I know how to work it and I have like made alot more friends I like it best. Then I made a Tagged I kind of thought that it was better than MySpace at 1st now I don't really think that anymore I think it is because of the same reason I had at the beginning when I got my MySpace I only have 1 friend and when I am on there she normally isn't so there really isn't nothing to do. Not just for college students anymore, though I'm a college student, there's a LOT to do, you can post pictures, it's inherently funny, it's not quite as trashy or as advertisement ridden, and It's a lot easier to find people you know in real life.
plus, there are a bunch of really funny "groups" you can join, and it's really easy to use.

Hiya,
I host a small mail server and I've noticed that emails FROM my server TO Yahoo accounts are tagged with X-YahooFilteredBulk: [IP address]. I only have a couple of customers using this server and I know that they are not spamming.
1. I would like to remove my server's IPs from the spammers list. How can I do that? I tested by adding my test account to my Yahoo address book but that didn't change it. I read other answers here that say "change your server's IP address". That's a drastic change and not easy to implement because I don't control the MX records for my customers.
2. Also, I would like to understand how my server got on the list in the first place, so I can make sure my users follow the rules in the future to prevent it from happening again.
3. If there IS an IP address in the X-YahooFilteredBulk, does it only go to the Bulk folder if SpamGuard is on? My test messages don't go to my Bulk folder.

No, I don't, and here's why: the government (of any country) never can leave well enough alone. They won't be happy with just tagging the child molesters; soon, everyone who has committed a crime will be tagged. From there, it's just a matter of time before all of us will be required to be tagged.
Also, there is no public benefit to tagging. Sure, we know where the pedophile is, but how are we going to know if s/he is with a child?
A public sex offender list, however, is a great tool for the public and I urge you and your fellow countrymen to make your elected officials do that right away.

It turned out that the poor mans EX girlfriend had done this letter and posted one to us all for revenge to hurt him we all got a personal visit from police and letter the man had no convictions for anything not even parking fine and she was jailed a few months later the man ended up leaving mud stuck!!
They should have a lot more control over just where they live there is a huge loop hole in the law though.

That's it. I reported this "Bianche G" username that says that person is waiting for me to join "Tagged" otherwise I think it is a rouge group, so I reported em to Y! and they really fiercely blocked all mail with the name "Bianche G". Just lately whenever I send a message to my groups they are being tagged as spam. I get those messages from my Yahoo friends all the time and they never know that the software sends it. These programs go into your Yahoo address book and send messages to your contacts without your permission.
I'm not sure how to tell you to fix it, but those other websites like Tagged an HI5 are where the e-mails are coming from. Check your installed programs and see if you can find the programs that show up (like Tagged or Hi5) and uninstall them.
Another option is to change your Yahoo password, and hopefully that software won't be able to get to your address book anymore.

When someone adds a picture of me on Facebook and tags it, it doesn't appear in my profile, I CAN see those pictures when I click view photos of me, but my friends can't see those pictures.. I'm guessing whoever tagged you in the photos has it so only their friends can see the pictures. If you want others to see them either have whoever put the photos up to change the photo album settings so everyone can view them or save all the pictures to your computer and make your own album. hope that helps!

Whenever someone send me a tagged email, that say "XX has add you, is XX your friend?", I always deleted it away, without clicking yes or no. My fiance asked me to join tagged, it's like myspace and hi-5. When I joined I didn't see his profile. After looking around on the website I found his profile under his middle name looking for a serious relationship and he is single. I told him I wouldn't marry him becuase of this. What do you guys think?

2) Scroll to the "Photos" app.
3) Click "Edit Settings" that's to the right of the "Photos" app.
4) In the pop-up, CHECK the 2nd box from the bottom that says "Add a link below the profile picture to any profile."
5) Click the blue Save button.
Now you should see "View Photos of Me" under your profile pic again. P.S. If you don't see the "Photos" app in the 2nd step, you'll need to re-add the app again. You not only X'd out, you deleted it. But I think the above should work :)

If a protein is expressed in Origami 2 cells which contains mutation of Thioredoxin Reductase. How does the Theoredoxin that is tagged to the proteins helps in refolding when it also reduces disulfide bonds? This baffles me.

The proteins are not tagged with anything in this mutant, unless you choses so by adding another plasmid. Thioredoxin reductase mutant means that one of the redox systems is shut down which creates a more oxidative environment in the cell (the other one being glutaredoxin/glutathione), also in this case the lack of glutathione reductase means that GSSG is not that easily reduced to GSH, so that the redox ratio is in favor of GSSG (and thus the environment in the cell is less reduced). All in all, it helps in the formation of disulfide bonds in overexpressed proteins in the cytoplasm.
Thioredoxin tag is something different, it's a tag that helps in purification and generally enhances protein folding (fusion to a protein that folds properly and acts as a "chaperone" in proper folding of the attached protein).
