Hmm depends what youre into really. Thats about the age when I started using the internet as well, (im 18 now). Basically, just pick subjects you're interested in and search for information about them. Wikipedia is a great site to kill some time on. Stay away from creepy places and people though, seriously.

so is logging into an united states law, online to see what s what, and having ur computer tagged not invasion of sorts?Is having your Phone also tapped (without a search warrents) also a kind of Intrusion and Invasion ,into your privacy ? What else does this act let them do to us USA citizens?

Start doing things without being asked or expecting reward for it. Work hard at it and you may earn trust back faster. However if you mess up again then it will take even longer.
Now get off the pc and go do some chore you dont normally do so they see your not just thinking of yourself but that you care about them too.

Is purple Chrysler Sebring generally a chick car or can men drive it without being tagged gay?
I am looking to buy a used car. I just saw a purple Sebring which is available for a very low cost. I am not sure if this color is meant for women and if the men who drive cars of such colors are tagged gay.

Many people sell that particular vehicle because they finally have had enough of the costly repair bills and decide to let someone else deal with it.

If you're the type of person that can't take a joke, or come up with a good joke if someone teases you, then stick with black or dark blue.

Oh dear! I got the same thing a few weeks ago. I had no idea how the person who 'tagged' me ever obtained my name or email address. Eventually I found out that this was a US site for teenagers and very young people. The girl who had 'tagged' me was about 18 ... which totally boggled my mind! First of all you cant add music to your page that comes directly from your computer. You can however add music or a player to your page.
The music has to be hosted online. Meaning that the music has to be able to be stream of the Internet. You must be able to obtain the URL of the music that you wish to put on your player. I hope you know how to do this.

I keep finding old questions where my answer was chosen as the best, but they are not tagged as such on the listing in my profile and don't appear in my "Best Answers" search list. Is the system disregarding these for some reason? Are they being counted when the program determines who the "Top Answerers" for a given category are? Am I wasting my time trying to break into the TOP 10 in my chosen category?

My brother is going to Rome for about six months for culinary school, leaving the U.S. the last week of September. I was checking flights for him, and it's going to cost about $1700 if he books his return flight for six months down the road, instead of, say, scheduling his return ticket a month later but not using it until springtime. I realize there are a lot of really sticky regulations with international flights, especially flying back into the U.S., and I got to wondering if my brother's ticket would be tagged as suspicious if he didn't use his return flight on this ticket but booked another round-trip ticket later. He won't be coming back to the States for six months, but we don't have the extra $600 we'd have to pay to schedule his return trip for April--the rate quoted for a late October return was just over $1100. What should my brother do to keep from being tagged as suspicious in booking his flight? Any links for first-time international travelers would be awesome.

I took some great pics today, and when I uploaded them from camera onto my computer they were tagged as shortcuts, when I try and open them or edit them, it says it cannot find the shortcut. Using Microsoft windows, nothing fancy...PLEASE HELP!

Are the pictures still in your camera? If so, you definitely still have a copy.
If not, right click on one of the shortcuts and choose 'Properties'. A new window should open up and one of the fields in that window should be labelled 'Target:'. Use Windows Explorer to navigate to the path listed in the 'Target:' field. If you can a file there, then you have the image on your computer.
Otherwise, you might no longer have a copy of those photos.

Serious question, what would you do, have 15year old who gets on tagged and has dirty sex chat on the site?
he does not know I have his email address and password and link to tagged and other teen sites. Went on there and I am very very upset, read mail between male friends he is still a virgin according to info, plus I keep a watch on where he goes. But this sex talk is horrible, and the girl is horrible too, I am very very angry, it makes playboy sound like barney. So I want to punish him for it, but on the same token, since I know his email password I can keep watch on him, at least til he graduates, how should I confront him and should I keep the passcode a secret? Reply:Boys will be boys. It is natural for boys to fantasize about sex and about girls. The internet is a wonderful tool for learning and a terrible interpersonal tool for children. Your son needs to experience life and not manufacture it. You have the internet control not him. You could control the sites with software on the market. The girl may be real - could be someone he may want to meet someday or could be some cop from your local town or a sex perv male trying to get boys too.....the anonomous nature for the internet and the lies told can be as long as a mile.
I suggest you have a straight talk with him about the value of having the internet. You pay for it. You also need to teach him the value of people relationships and the respect people need to have with and for each other. Obviously you are embarrased by the sex talk - but you need to explain a good solid relationship to him to know the difference. Have a conversation about sex offenders, have a conversation each time the news comes on talking about the bad people on the internet....drive the message to him that there is evil out there and no one is free from being a target. I think should he catch you on the PC on his site you will lose his trust forever. If he talks about running away from home, you may need the password - but keep this out of all conversations.

My neighborhood is not in the best area. But its been fairly safe the three years we've lived here. Yesterday, I noticed on the front of the bldg, someone has tagged it with black spray-paint. It looks like someones initials. This has never happened here before. Should I be worried?

The wooden fence marking the property line of my house was tagged a few years ago on several occasions and my garbages have also been tagged, but nothing else happened. I just found out today, that as of October, the USA is rolling out RFID tagged passports.
It's a chip, embedded into the passport, that has a teeny, tiny radio transponder, that sends and receives information about the item (or in this case) person holding the passport.
Includes all that pertinent data, digitized, we so love and guard.
The fundametalist religious people must just love this one!
Lots of yip yap about the wrong people getting their hands on the right equipment. All sorts f fun uses ranging form Identity fraud to kidnapping (i.e.- here comes the American, German, French, Japanese) like a red dot on a screen.
And who is really benefiting from all this? Me, the RFID tagged citizen-consumer who pays too much taxes, and whose life is regulated, and apparently going to pay pay pay?
I am trying, very hard to see the features and benefits on this new device.

Do you think a child should be allowed to have a Tagged.com Account?
Would you allow your daughter, age 13, to have a Tagged.com account or a MySpace account? If so would you allow them to post their picture on it for all to see? My daughter does not have any personal connections on there, just who she meets through chatting. If you do think she should have it, do you think I should install spyware on my computer to monitor it? I am not always available to sit right next to her everytime she is online. I trust her on most sites but this gives her access to so much and so many strangers. Remember, she is only 13. Thanks

Remember that as parents you (I say 'you' because I myself am not a parent, yet) will not be there forever, and you need to give her the tools to manage on her own.
Remember that communication and trust are the best tools at your disposal to not only protect your child, but to equip her to protect herself.
On a last note, if the contacts on this myspace/tagged account are only people she's met online, then I would not recommend posting pictures of herself, for now. I know on Myspace there are options to change your profile to private, so no one other than your friends can see it. You might want to do that if you're getting a lot of unwanted online attention. Also, sometimes the people are just spammers.

There was a post or reply to me that led me to ask this question? It either said or asked why Paul was being tagged as a liberal. Are his conservative backers haters of liberals and and are afraid they will touch with their conservative friends for backing a liberal imitator? Is that why they try to distract us from that thinkng?
