ok im 15 my dad died and he was a mechanic he brought me a 1982 camaro not in the best shape it means sooooo much to me but now we have to move and HOA says you have to have your car tagged i guess they dont want junk cars everywhere i can get my car to where it could pass inspections but i cant pay for car insurance and my mom wont so i dont know what to do with my car SO DO I NEED CAR INSURANCE I WONT BE DRIVING IT
